Never missing an opportunity to chat with a person, as an artist Clare invites the audience to engage with her, each as storytellers. Clare works in wet felting processes, alongside integrating leather and multimedia, to explore - then present what is forefront in her mind, as a visual piece. Curious and questioning, the story of the one in the moment, is integral to her practice.

Clare is driven by her deep respect of people allowing time and space for the dialogue, sharing the vulnerabilities, the ignorance’s, and possibly the secrets. The art may be a first step or one of the many along the way.
